AWARDS/RATING

2008 Chardonnay – "… Complex … but more focused than one might expect, with white peach, nectarine and grilled nut flavours through to a long finish…" Rating 94" - James Halliday – Wine Companion 2011

2009 'Denton' Chardonnay – "...succulent fruit gives this wine length and generosity...Rating 94 points – James Halliday Wine Companion 2012

2007 Estate Chardonnay -"Vibrant hue; a restrained bouquet with pear, nectarine and gentle spice from the well handled oak; fine and tightly wound with rapier-like acidity and a pure fruit; very long and extremely fine and poised. Rating 95" - James Halliday – Wine Companion 2011

2006 Estate Pinot Noir – "a rich and powerful bouquet of dark berry fruit is replayed on the palate; will be very long lived. Rating 95" - James Halliday – Wine Companion 2011

2005 Estate Shiraz - "Toolangi's fame rests on its excellent chardonnays, grown in prime Yarra Valley sites. Shiraz is a newcomer but it promises much… succulent berry fruit, hints of spices and herbs, and smooth, seamless texture backed by fine tannins. 4 stars - RALPH KYTE-POWELL, THE AGE EPICURE - 28 August 2007

2006 Reserve Shiraz – "Perfumed and bright, with Asian spice and red fruit at the core; the palate is lithe and quite lean, but builds to an apex of flavour that is defined by a subtle bramble undercurrent; very long and quite silky on the finish. Rating 95" - James Halliday – Wine Companion 2010
